Yes I'm still alive...

So the reason why I dropped off the face of the earth

was because I started up a little business!!

I was introduced to this weight loss product

in Oct. and was amazed at what it did...

So I signed on to sell it and I have been

CRAZY busy! I have gotten to know so many

awesome people through this experience and

have loved every minute.

(even though I'm not caught up on my laundry or anything else in my life)

What "Form" basically does is fills space in your tummy.

So you take it 30-40 min. before you eat and it will

fill up space, so in turn you eat less.
