Mulligans in April? What was I thinking!

So, first of all....

I am doing 2 birthday parties and a baptism in one week!

What am I thinking?

But because I knew my plate would be full,

I planned Kierans Birthday party at Mulligans,

because he really wanted to go miniature golfing.

So, I thought, GREAT! I don't have to plan anything...

Well, I wasn't thinking about this warm spring weather

we've been having .{NOT!} When it got closer to

the day of the party, I saw that there was going to

be a big storm coming... Right at the same time that

12 four year olds were going to tee off!

So, we made our own golfs course at our house...

and Kieran not only had a blast at his birthday party,

he had a funner time setting up the miniature course.

{And he thinks I'm a cool mom! That makes it all worth it}

He said, "I get my own golf course!!! You're the coolest

mom in the whole wild world!"

My ward/bishopric call the last week in October Jensen week. We usually have all three boys up on the stand advancing in the priesthood all together--soon (very soon) it'll be homecomings & farewells every other year-emotional!!!

That was the most amazing golf course!!! I can't believe that you set up all of those creative holes. Hunter had to take me around to every hole and show me exactly how they putted. You are the best mom ever, and Hunter thinks so too!!!!

Great Job!! The party was a hit. When you said you setting up a golf course I didn't think you meant a REAL golf course!! Hello!!! Anyway LOVED the comment on my blog! IT makes me feel better that I don't have the only creative, independent child in the neighborhood!! :) Thanks for making my day. I was starting to get worried about him and his ideas!
